Texas Fold 'Em, Way to Die #311, is the fifth death featured in "Waking Up Dead", which aired on February 3, 2010
Junkyard owner Toby was playing Vegas-style Rummy with a group of heavies. Always having the upper hand in every game, he makes sure that the odds are always in his favor. Eventually, on this day, one of the heavies caught Toby pulling an ace of diamonds out of his sleeve; proof that he had been cheating every time they played.
Toby flips the table and makes a run for it, hightailing it to his junkyard. He finds shelter in a wrecked minivan so that the heavies couldn't find him. But something fortunate happens: one of his junkyard claws clamps down on the minivan and squeezes against his leg, pinning him in the seat of the van, so he can't move.
Toby screams for help, but nobody could hear him because of the noisy machinery. The minivan is placed atop another wrecked car, and then both are fork-lifted to a crusher. Toby is crushed to death inside the minivan, with his blood spewing out of the van.
"You can cheat at cards, and take everyone's money, but when death puts the squeeze on you, you're out of luck!"
