"Smother-In-Law", Way to Die #326, is the fourth death to be featured in "Today's Special: Death", which aired on August 1, 2011.
Plot[]
Barbara, a meddlesome, racist, immoral, sadistic, loathsome, obnoxious and overweight mother-in-law, pesters her daughter-in-law named Sabrina by nagging her about her son's food preferences. Sabrina is cooking vegetables for her husband Mitch (her mother-in-law's son). Barbara puts cheese on the vegetables when Sabrina tells her not to, and Barbara refuses to listen to her daughter-in-law. Barbara reveals to Sabrina that Mitch has lost weight since he has been with Sabrina. After learning of Mitch having lost weight, Sabrina called out Barbara by calling her disgusting.
Taking offense, Barbara calls Sabrina a "dirty little bitch" while giving her a violent slap in the face. In anger, Sabrina stabs the knife into the wooden knife holder and leaves the kitchen. After allowing Sabrina to stay out of the kitchen, Barbara then tries to cook a frozen pizza in the fridge. The pizza was wedged between the other groceries.
The force of Barbara's tugging sends the refrigerator crashing down on her. When the freezer falls on top of her, the sharp end of the door cuts through her jugular vein and carotid artery while the rest of the refrigerator breaks her skull into pieces and she dies instantly, sending her to hell.

(Sabrina cuts the leafy vegetables, [] is playing)
Narrator: Meet the mother-in-law from hell.
Barbara: What are you doing?
Narrator: Ever since Sabrina stole Barbara's little boy 3 years ago (Since 2004), Barbara has been making her daughter-in-law's life miserable...
Barbara: Was that cabbage?
Sabrina: Yeah, it's a Chinese cabbage.
Barbara: Chinese? Mitch (her son) is an American (not Chinese), honey, okay?
([] is playing)
Narrator: And when it came to the kitchen, Barbara always knew what was best.
Barbara: My boy doesn't like vegetables, where's the meat?
(Quirky Dark Comedy Trip is playing)
Dr. Ava Cadell: More women have issues with their mother-in-law, because, the mother-in-law has raised their son to be a mommy's boy. Many mothers believed there is no other woman except for her, who is good enough for her son.
([] is playing)
Barbara: Do you have any cheese?
(Barbara finds herself some grated cheese in the fridge)
Barbara: Oh yeah.
Sabrina: We don't need cheese.
(Barbara pours grated cheese on the broccoli)
Barbara: Hmm, hmm, hmm.
Sabrina: Barb!
Narrator: Sabrina tried to keep her motions in check, but Barbara's carping was too much for her.
Barbara: He has lost weight since he... has been with you!
(Sabrina now frowns and glares at her mother-in-law)
Narrator: And she boiled over.
Sabrina: Well, no wonder, look at you!
-Barbara: (Gasps)
-Sabrina: Disgusting!
Barbara: Dirty little bitch!
(Barbara slaps her daughter-in-law in the face, but she's like "Oh, shish! She's got a knife! I'll be killed!" But Sabrina stabs the knife into the wooden knife holder and leaves the kitchen in shame)
Barbara: Get (the f***) out of here!
([] is playing)
Narrator: Now with her daughter-in-law out of the way, it was time to cook some real food.
(Barbara finds some pizzas in the freezer, [] is playing)
Barbara: Aah! Pizza! Thank god!
(Barbara tries to pull the pizza box out of the freezer with plenty of pizza box, once an ice falls off, Barbara slipped, [] is playing)
Barbara: Oh!
Narrator: That's when Barbara got...
Barbara: (Screams)
(The falling refrigerator crushes Barbara's head, Barbara bleeds out of her mouth)
Narrator: the cold shoulder.
(Barbara's lifeless arm falls, the replay shows, Surreal and Dark Death is playing)
Narrator: The pizza box was wedged into the freezer.
-Narrator: When Barbara yanked it out,
-Barbara: Oh!
-Narrator: the already top-heavy refrigerator passed its tipping point.
-Barbara: (Screams)
Narrator: And Barbara passed on.
(Replay of Barbara's lifeless arm falls, the CGI shows the edge of the freezer door crushes human's neck, [] is playing)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: The edge of the freezer door impaled her neck, severing her carotid artery and jugular vein, as well as crushing her trachea. As she continued to fall...
(While the doctor continues to explain the situation, the footage of Barbara being crushed by the fridge is added)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: the 400 pound of refrigerator impaled her skull,
(Back to the CGI, the fridge crushes the human's head)
Dr. Khyber Zaffarkhan: fracturing her skull to thousands of pieces, and causing her to have a severe brain contusion, killing her instantly.

Narrator: Everybody who has a mother-in-law can sometimes find them...trying.
Barbara: My boy doesn't like vegetables, where's the meat?
Narrator: You suck it up.
(Sabrina leaves the kitchen)
Narrator: And learn to leave each other alone.
Barbara: Get out of here!
(Barbara falls)
Narrator: But then there's the bitch like Barbara,
Barbara: (Screams)
(The fridge crushes Barbara)
