"Kill Bill & Billie", Way to Die #249, is the fourth death featured in "Death Certificates", which aired on July 15, 2012.
Plot
They say love and marriage is an institute you can't disparage, but in this show, sometimes it is! Bill and Billie are a married couple who have marital problems after Bill suspects Billie of cheating on him and Billie suspects Bill of cheating on her. Bill calls a hitman, ordering him to kill Billie and her lover if the hitman does catch her cheating. Ironically enough, Bill is also cheating on Billie, hiring prostitutes three times a week. Bill decides to up the ante by hiring a fourth prostitute, which turns out to be Billie , so they were BOTH right, they were cheating on each other. While they argue, the hitman comes in and does the tap head execution, which means a hitman shoots them both in the head, killing them instantly. The hitman does not know that the man he killed was the same man who had organized the hit in the first place. The hitman left them both for dead.
