"I Spy A Dead Guy", Way to Die #519, is the fifth death featured in "Death Certificates", which aired on July 15, 2012.
Plot
A man named Jimmy Dugan, who was a former CIA agent, now works undercover to steal company secrets. In his newest mission, he was hired to steal computer files from a rival company. While stealing the files, a security guard busts him and to escape, he runs into a storage closet and climbs inside of a garbage chute, ending up inside of an incinerator, which activates and burns him alive, leaving behind nothing but his skeleton. His corpse appears that the fire burns through his skin, muscles and bones, boiling his blood and evaporating all of his blood cells, shutting down all of his working system, he basicly cremates himself. That's how he was killed when the incinerator ignites, burns him to death, and left his whole body as a skeleton.
"Dugan chose to use the skills he learned as a spy for a life of crime. In the end, he came in from the cold... but couldn't take the heat."
