"Batter Upped", Way to Die #899, is the third death featured in "Death Takes A Vacation", which aired November 14, 2011.
Plot[]
At the end of a carnival, a food vendor named Julian tries to seduce his co-worker Dixie in the booth by feeding her deep-fried twinkies, chocolate bars and pickles. While Dixie happily enjoys the delicious snacks, they have an opposite effect from Julian's intentions due to deep-fried foods lowering her sex drive. The two have fun together until Julian tries to make out with her, embracing her and trying to kiss her.
Uninterested, Dixie resists, at first softly dissuading him before shoving him away when he persists despite her protests. Julian goes into rage mode and tries to rape her, but Dixie dumps a bucket of batter over his head and runs off to her car. Julian attempts to run after her, but ends up running into a pole and face-planting unconscious into the deep-fryer, which gives him fatal burns, and cooks his brain alive. Dixie forgets her keys so she goes back, and screams in horror at the sight of Julian's fried corpse.

Trivia[]
- Also called "Fried D'oh!" on the Spike TV website.
- This food of romance between a food vendor and his co-worker was based on romance scene from 9 1/2 Weeks (1986).
- In the CGI recreation, Julian's brain turns into a box of powdered donuts to symbolize it getting cooked.
- Despite Julian attempting to assault her earlier, Dixie appears completely unconcerned when she has to go back for her keys. Due to Julian and Dixie seemingly being friends before his assault on her, she may have assumed that Julian would have been contrite, or at least no longer violent, by the time she returned.
